A method for making a ball-point pen for advertisement comprises the followings: forming an opaque upper part of a pen body shielding lamp light; forming a shielding light layer(23) by coating shielding pigments on a surface of a transparent lower part of the pen body; removing the shielding pigments of an information expression shape; forming light penetration information expression(24); performing a light penetration process through a transparent tube(20) by inserting the transparent tube into the lower part of the pen body having the light penetration information expression.
