A plasma display device is provided to optimize a driving state of a plasma display panel by applying different driving signals according to states of temperature to the plasma display panel. A plasma display panel displays images by using gas discharge. A sensing unit senses temperature of the plasma display panel. A chassis base is coupled with the plasma display panel in order to support the plasma display panel. A plurality of driving boards apply selectively driving signals to the plasma display panel according to a measured result of the temperature. The driving boards include an address buffer board corresponding to a lower side of the plasma display panel, and a scan driving board corresponding to a left side of the plasma display panel. The sensing boards are directed to a positioned direction of the address buffer board and a positioned direction of the scan driving board from a rear direction of the plasma display panel.
