PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic atomizing device capable of continuously radiating strong ultrasonic wave even if the oscillation of the ultrasonic vibrator is suppressed due to a liquid to be atomized and equipment provided with the same. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic atomizing device 10 is structured by a piezoelectric element and is provided with a PZT vibrator 13 generating ultrasonic wave, a resonance plate 14 attached to the PZT vibrator 13 and generating resonance wave by the resonance with the vibration of PZT vibrator 13, an elastic member 16 provided in the outer periphery of the resonance plate 14 and assisting the vibration amplitude and a structure 15 which has a space formed inside where the PZT vibrator 13 and the resonance plate 14 are arranged and supports the PZT vibrator 13 and the resonance plate 14 through the elastic member 16 to vibrate.
