A rocking type sporting apparatus is provided, which enables to give advance feeling and rocking feeling to a user. A rocking type sporting apparatus comprises: a moving element(2) which a user rides; and a driving part executing rocking movement in the corresponding moving element. The driving part executes rocking movement of the moving element in the front and rear directions of a user riding the moving element and controls to make the acceleration of moving element to the front faster than the acceleration of moving rearward.
