The present invention relates to novel derivatives of 1'-alkylpiperidine-4'- spiro-2-6-(amido)-2H-benzopyran and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof having superior inhibitory activities against NF-?B target gene expression and cancer cell proliferation, a method of their preparation, and the use of the compounds as an anticancer agent.
