PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system which protects the privacy of a photographed person being in a non-monitoring area by processing a monitor image taken by an airship.SOLUTION: A center device 3 being an image processing system comprises: a storage unit 31 for storing a monitoring area; an area comparator 25 for determining whether or not the photographic area of the monitoring image includes a non-monitoring area; and a record controller 29 which prohibits recording of the monitoring image when the monitoring image includes a non-monitoring area even partially. When the monitoring image includes a non-monitoring area, the monitoring area is not recorded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
