PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling equipment for delivering raw material from a hooper and for transporting it with a conveyor shortened in the conveyor transportation time. SOLUTION: When delivering the raw material from the hopper having a gate and/or a feeder in the bottom part thereof and transporting it with the conveyor, a set value of gate opening and/or feeder speed at the predetermined time point p1on the way of delivering the raw material is changed so as to increase the amount of delivery within a range that the raw material does not overflow from the conveyor.
