PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of a base station in intermittent reception control.SOLUTION: A base station 10 according to the present invention is capable of wirelessly communicating with a mobile communication terminal 20. The base station 10 comprises: a storage unit 200 for storing a first start timing to the mobile communication terminal 20 in a first intermittent reception state of the mobile communication terminal 20, and a control unit 100 which starts, when the mobile communication terminal 20 is not in the intermittent reception state and the first start timing comes, determination as to whether or not the mobile communication terminal 20 is in the first intermittent reception state. |
