COSMETIC COMPOSITION HAVING FREE RADICAL SCAVENGING ACTIVITY CONTAINING THE EXTRACT OF METASEQUOIA GLYPTOSTROBOIDES

摘要

A natural cosmetic composition having metasequoia glyptostroboides extracts is provided to suppress oxidation of organisms and retard skin aging by removing free radicals. A natural cosmetic composition comprises metasequoia glyptostroboides extracts as an active ingredient. The metasequoia glyptostroboides extracts removes free radicals inside skins caused by ultraviolet rays, stress, and outer harmful chemical materials. The content of the metasequoia glyptostroboides extracts is 0.0001-20.0wt% on a total weight basis of the natural cosmetic composition. The natural cosmetic composition has formulation selected from the consisting of a solution, colloidal suspension, oil emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation and a spray.
