PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding machine which can be made reduced in occupancy space, low in cost and short in working time. SOLUTION: The welding machine where a bracket B temporarily assembled on the outer circumference of the edge part in a cylinder C of a shock absorber and a suspension spring receiver K temporarily assembled on the outer circumference of the side part are welded is provided with: a holding means 3 in which the bracket B is arranged at the upper part, and also holding the cylinder C at a prescribed angle made oblique to the vertical direction; a rotary driving means 2 for rotating the cylinder C around the axis; and a welding means 4 ofor welding the edge part of the bracket B and the edge part of the cylinder C, and the edge part of the suspension spring receiver K and the outer circumference of the side part in the cylinder C.
