An anticorrosion insulation multilayer system for deep-sea steel delivery pipes, which is composed of at least five-layer structure: a phenolic epoxy powdered paint (2) sprayed on the surface of a steel pipe (1); a polyamide insulation layer (4) covered on the phenolic epoxy powdered paint (2); a foamed polypropylene layer (6) covered on the polyamide insulation layer (4); a polyvinylidene chloride isolating layer (8) covered on the foamed polypropylene layer (6); a hard polypropylene anticorrosion layer (10) covered on the polyvinylidene chloride isolating layer (8); the layers are connected by a glue layer with each other to achieve the optimal effects of corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, collision prevention and scratch prevention. The multilayer system can be applicable to steel pipes delivering a medium at a temperature not higher than 160ºC, can be applicable to deep sea with a depth of water less than 600 m, can prevent the phenomenon of waxing in the steel pipes caused by excess drop of petroleum temperature during a long-distance delivery and can ensure the anticorrosion insulation and long-term stable operation of the steel delivery pipes. |
