PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide lock mechanism requiring reduced operation force and miniaturizing the size. SOLUTION: This slide lock mechanism 43 comprises a base plate 61 fixed to a vibration-proof bed, a rotary plate 63 supported to the base plate 61, and a locking plate 65 fixed to a floor. A first engagement part 73 is provided in one side of the rotary plate 63 with the rotation center defined as a borderline and a second engagement part 74 is provided in the other side of the rotary plate 63 with the rotation center defined as a borderline. One side edge 86 of the locking plate 65 is provided with a first cutout part 101 and a second cutout part 102 and the other side edge 87 is provided with a third cutout part 121, a fourth cutout part 122 and a fifth cutout part 123. The positions of the respective cutout parts 102, 102, and 121-123 are so set as to change the slide positions of the vibration-proof bed according to a state where the respective engagement parts 73 and 74 are engaged with either of the cutout parts 101, 102 and 121-123.
