PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a working efficiency by inserting a square projection of one bracket into a square hole of the other bracket so as to inhibit a relative turning of both brackets, and by tightening a tightening bolt. SOLUTION: In a power seat, the tightening bolt 15 is inserted to a bolt inserting hole 6 formed in a standing flat part 8 of the bracket 4 on the seat frame side through a supporting part 13 of the bracket 10 on the motor side, and the square projection 14 of the bracket 10 is inserted into the square hole 7 of the bracket 4.
