PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grindstone where a material (raw material) can be finely ground and whose handling is easy and a grinding device using the grindstone.SOLUTION: A grindstone 100 which can be assembled in a grinding device and is used for the grinding of a raw material is provided with a body part 110 and a peripheral ring part 120 being detachable with each other. The body part 110 includes a coarse pulverization section formed with coarse pulverization grooves grinding a raw material first and the peripheral ring part 120 includes a fine pulverization part (wall part) 124 formed with fine pulverization grooves 124a grinding further the raw material ground by the coarse pulverization section. The fine pulverization part (wall part) 124 is positioned at the outer periphery of the coarse pulverization section when the body part 110 and the peripheral ring part 120 are coupled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
