PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample plate for X-ray analysis and a fluorescent X-ray analyzer that are capable of suppressing occurrence of errors and capable of improving workability of sample measurement in fluorescent X-ray analysis.SOLUTION: A sample plate 1 for X-ray analysis, where a sample S is fixed when a fluorescent X-ray analyzer performs analysis, comprises the sample S and a plate-like body 2 for supporting the sample S. The plate-like body 2 includes a code display part 3 for encoding and displaying at least information on the sample S. The fluorescent X-ray analyzer comprises: an X-ray tube for irradiating the sample S with a primary X-ray; a detector for detecting a fluorescent X-ray generated from the sample S irradiated with the primary X-ray; a sample table for mounting the sample plate 1 for X-ray analysis; imaging means for imaging the code display part 3; and a code processing part for decoding the encoded information of the code display part 3 on the basis of the code display part 3 imaged by the imaging means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
