A sub-CPU 42 works as a lottery means for selecting a big prize by lottery, and works as a determination means for establishing the condition that a mode to be displayed corresponds with a stop mode of a decorative pattern which is stopped according to a stop command signal in target pressing operation time B4. The sub-CPU 42 also works as a light-emission control means for switching from a first light emission pattern table to a second light emission pattern table, and a light emission pattern is determined. The first table has a plurality of light emission patterns assigned, which are selected at higher probabilities when a lottery result is a failure.
