PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable polysiloxane composition for construction which can form a cured product with a delustered surface. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the curable polysiloxane composition comprises heating to melt (b) 0.01-3.0 pts.wt. of one or more amine compounds selected from dodecylamine, octadecylamine, and dococenylamine relative to 100 pts.wt. of (a) a room temperature-curable polyorganosiloxane composition, then adding to the composition under an atmosphere with blocked moisture, and heating to mix homogeneously, wherein (a) the room temperature-curable polyorganosiloxane composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyorganosiloxane which contains two or more silicon-bound hydroxyl groups in the one molecule and has a viscosity (25°C) of 100-500,000 cP, (B) 1-30 pts.wt. of an organosilane which contains two or more silicon-bound ketoximes in the one molecule, (C) 1-50 pts.wt. of a micropowder silica, and (D) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of one or more curing catalysts selected from a carboxylic acid metal salt, an organic stannum compound, an organic titanium compound and an alkoxy aluminium compound.
