PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous carbon sheet excellent as a filler for a thermoconductive composite material. SOLUTION: This porous carbon sheet containing 100 pts.wt. polymeric compound and 100 to 2,000 pts.wt. pitch-based carbon fiber filler is provided with an aspect ratio of the pitch-based carbon fibers of≥3, and the polymeric compound does not have its melting point at≤200°C, is also soluble in at least 1 kind of a solvent and has 30 to 80% porosity.
