Provided are an uplink control information sending method and device, and a user equipment. The method comprises: preprocessing uplink control information; and sending the uplink control information over a physical uplink control channel bearing the uplink control information. By means of the present invention, the problem in the related art that the number of bits of uplink control information born in a PUCCH format is small is solved, thereby increasing the number of bits of uplink control information born by the physical uplink control channel.
