PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for DC-DC converter, capable of suppressing an unstable phenomenon in a load while exhibiting high efficiency of a DC-DC converter.SOLUTION: There is provided a controller 31 that executes charging control for charging into an auxiliary battery 60 from a strong electric battery 20 through a DC-DC converter 30. For charging control in the controller 31, an allowable voltage fluctuation width as a voltage fluctuation width that does not generate a failure caused by a voltage fluctuation is previously set for each load in which electric power is supplied to the auxiliary battery 60. Fluctuation width change control is executed, which changes a voltage rise inclination (VD) during charging and a control low-voltage value VDL according to the magnitude of an allowable voltage fluctuation width of a load to be driven. |
