Disclosed is an aqueous liquid preparation comprising (A) gatifloxacin, a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate of gatifloxacin or the salt, (B) hyaluronic acid or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof , and (C) a polyhydric alcohol. The aqueous liquid preparation is an ophthal mic aqueous liquid preparation excellent in the retention of gatifloxacin in a tear fluid and the penetration of gatifloxacin into an aqueous humor and a conjunctiva.
