PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enriching apparatus capable of sucking oxygen to a user in an ambient environment without smells. SOLUTION: The oxygen enriching apparatus comprises: an oxygen enriching means 2 for generating oxygen enriched air; supply means (6, 7, 13 and 15) for supplying the oxygen enriched air generated in the oxygen enriching means 2 to the breathing area of the user or the atmosphere; and an ozone generation means 14 for generating ozone from the oxygen enriched air generated in the oxygen enriching means 2.
