PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food production and processing system capable of securing sanitary control associated with the transfer of persons and plants when integrating a plant factory with a food processing factory.SOLUTION: In a food production and processing system, a plant factory 1 includes a cultivation chamber 12 which is arranged on the side of a food processing factory 2 and a seedling growing chamber 11 which is arranged at a position separated from the food processing factory 2 and grows seedlings to be transferred to the cultivation chamber 12. The food processing factory 2 includes a food washing chamber 21 and an entrance washing chamber 22 which are arranged on the side of the plant factory 1. A communicating passage 3 allows coming and going from the cultivation chamber 12 to the food washing chamber 21 and the entrance washing chamber 22, and a restriction member 21b for restricting entering of at least a person and a truck is provided between the communicating passage 3 and the food washing chamber 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
