<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dusts generated in a high-temperature gas by thermal cracking from accumulating in a duct connecting a thermal cracking tank and a plate column or a packed column as a liquefaction apparatus and clogging the duct interior in a process of separating oils and residues generated by thermal cracking as a method of efficiently converting waste plastics to oils. <P>SOLUTION: A cyclone 1 or a chamber as a dust collecting apparatus is installed between a thermal cracking tank and a plate column or a packed column, and in order to prevent liquefaction of a high-temperature gas in the dust collecting apparatus due to condensation thereof, the outer wall of the dust collecting apparatus is heat insulated and heat retained 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
