FIELD: aircraft engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and concerns manufacturing compartments structures of aircrafts (AC). At manufacturing compartment in the form of a shell of cellular structure revolution a separation layer made of rubber-like material with circular and spiral grooves is laid on the mandrel, then circular and spiral ribs are reeled in these grooves by layers of high-modulus fibres, outer shell is wounded with tension, it is heat treated, it is removed from the mandrel and a separation layer is removed. Note here that prior to winding of an outer shell inserts are installed in the corresponding cells, previously made in the form of shaped flange with cantilever threaded bushing and cantilever flanges with sharpened edges. At that, recess for placement of the bushing is made in the centre of the cell in rubberlike material, and flanges with sharpened edges are hammered between a rib and rubberlike material. Then, an insert is pressed to the flange end into ribs by tension force of outer shell winding, and rubberlike material is squeezed simultaneously by pressing due to its volumetric deformation of the flange to the ribs with provision of contact pressure for gluing.EFFECT: creation of high-tech design of AC compartment with high reliability of operation is achieved.6 cl, 8 dwg |
