<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain neutralization tank which enables the suppression of the one-sided reduction of a neutralization agent charged in the tank. <P>SOLUTION: A drain water introducing port 25 is provided to the upper surface of a case 23 and a treated water discharge port 26 is provided to the lower end of the side surface of the case 23. A partition wall 27 is suspended from the ceiling surface of the case 23 so as to be inclined downwardly to narrow the lower part of a first chamber 28 positioned under the drain water introducing port 25.
