摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a heat-insulated foundation structure, to install a cold evaporation device thereon, which prevents transfer of cold heat from a concrete foundation for installing an evaporator of the cold evaporation device thereon to the ground and thereby keeping the ground around the concrete foundation from being frozen: a method for constructing the heat-insulated foundation structure; and a low-temperature liquefied gas supply method capable of stably supplying low-temperature liquefied gas by keeping the ground from being frozen.SOLUTION: In a heat-insulated foundation structure 10 for installing a cold evaporation device thereon which has at least either a storage tank to store low-temperature liquefied gas or an evaporator, a heat insulation material 14 is installed on a bottom face 12C of a concrete foundation 12 which constitutes the heat-insulated foundation structure. The heat-insulated foundation structure 10 is constructed by placing concrete in a formwork with the heat insulation material installed therein. Foamed plastic formed into a shape of a concrete block is used as the heat insulation material 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
