<p>The present invention is applied to data communication field and provides a method and system of the data transmission. The method includes the following steps: A. the calling media gateway receives the message packet transferred by the calling ISDN terminal via multiple calling paths and converts the message packet into the packet adapting to be transmitted on the single IP bearer link; B. the calling media gateway transmits the packet to the called media gateway only via one IP bearer link; C. the called media gateway parses the packet and transmits the parsed packet to the called ISDN terminal via multiple called paths. In the present invention, the delay when the data of multiple links passes the IP network is fixed because there is only one IP link between the two media gateway. For the ISDN call of the multiple link, the outasync of data due to the un-uniform multiple IP link route is avoided.</p> |
