An on-die termination device is provided to increase the resolution of the on-die termination device without increasing total area of the on-die termination device, making a calibration resistor part and a termination resistor part have a turned-on resistor always. A pullup calibration resistor part(310,320) generates a pullup calibration code, calibrated with an external resistor(301). A pulldown calibration resistor part(350,360) generates a pulldown calibration code, calibrated with the external resistor. A pullup termination resistor part(370,380) performs impedance matching by receiving the pullup calibration code from an input/output pad. A pulldown termination resistor part(390,400) performs impedance matching by receiving the pulldown calibration code from the input/output pad. The resistor parts comprise at least one resistor always turned on when the resistors operate, regardless of the calibration codes.
