<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilfer-proof cap having a built-in wireless IC tag. <P>SOLUTION: The cap includes a cap body 10, a wireless IC tag 100 mounted to the cap body 10, a band part 20 arranged at the end on the opening side of the cap body 10, and an opening-detecting wire 110 that is electrically connected to the wireless IC tag 100 and is broken when the cap body 10 rotates relative to the band part 20. When the opening detecting wire 110 is broken, the wireless IC tag 100 detects that the cap body is opened. The opening detecting wire 110 is disposed to cross the cap body 10 and the band part 20.
