PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for appropriate measurement in a user device even in a case where both states, i.e., intermittent reception state and non-intermittent reception state, can be taken simultaneously.SOLUTION: A user device for use in a mobile communication system includes determination means for determining whether or not the user device can take both states, i.e., intermittent reception state and non-intermittent reception state, simultaneously, and measurement control means for determining which of the measurement condition in the intermittent reception state or the measurement condition in the non-intermittent reception state is used for performing the measurement, when a determination is made that both states, i.e., intermittent reception state and non-intermittent reception state, can be taken simultaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
