PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a dross height within a hot-dip galvanizing bath, the method enabling the dross height within the hot-dip galvanizing bath to be estimated, and to provide a method for producing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, and a device for measuring the dross height within the hot-dip galvanizing bath.SOLUTION: In a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet production line, a temperature in a hot-dip galvanizing bath into which a steel sheet is passed so as to galvanize the surface of the steel sheet is measured, and on the basis of the measurement result, the deposition height of dross precipitated in the hot-dip galvanizing bath is estimated. On the basis of the estimation result, the galvanized steel sheet is produced while the generation of the dross and/or adhering of the dross to the steel sheet are suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
