The present invention relates to a cell balancing apparatus of a heat-radiatable secondary battery module. According to the present invention, a cell balancing unit which performs balancing between each of battery cells included in a secondary battery module, comprises: a pattern which allows power to flow, the power outputted from the battery cells in current; a balancing element which is connected to the pattern; and a heat radiation member which is installed in the pattern connected to the balancing element so as to radiate heat generated from the balancing element. The heat radiation member comprises at least one of a via pattern, a space board, and an extension pattern. The via pattern has a plurality of via holes which are passed through in the pattern which is connected to the balancing element. The space board has empty space inside and is mounted on the pattern. The extension pattern is integrally formed with the pattern and extends in a width direction.
