<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that since the tip of a needle electrode of a charged electrode plate rounds by a corona discharge in a case of a needle-like or spinous form, and the discharge current decreases to lower a dust collection performance, the maintenance becomes necessary, and in such a case, an ionized part or the whole electric dust collector is to be exchanged, or the charged electrode plate is to be exchanged due to the disassembly, in either case, it takes much cost of repairing and man-hour. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the ionized part 2 of the electric dust collector, which generates the corona discharge between the charged electrode plate 5 and a charged grounding electrode plate 6 to charge dust or the like in air, one side of the charged electrode plate 5 of the ionized part 2 is hitched to a feed shaft 7, and further substantially the opposite side is held with being pulled by a spring 11, by which only the charged electrode plate 5 of the ionized part 2 is easily detached to exchange even if the needle electrode of the charged electrode plate 5 rounds at the tip by the corona discharge, the discharge current decreases, and the dust collection performance cannot be secured.
