<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the problem that, when bubbles generated from an air stone connected to an air pump float up to the water surface and break at the water surface, plosive sounds are created by bubbles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A vessel 2 is set in a water tank 1, an air stone 3 is set in the vessel 2, bubbles generated from the air stone 3 are broken at the upper part of the vessel 2, the gas accumulated at the upper part of the vessel 2 inside is discharged from a hose 6, the hose 6 is projected above the water surface 7, the hose 6 projecting above the water surface 7 is inclined obliquely upward, a cock 8 for open/close adjustment is connected at the outlet of the hose 6, the discharge pace of the gas flowing in the hose 6 is decreased by controlling the opening of the cock 8, and cotton 9 is packed in the outlet of the cock 8.
