PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector capable of improving characteristics such as time resolution in the entire detector and also to provide a PET device and X-ray CT device using the same.SOLUTION: A detector comprises first and second bump electrodes placed between a semiconductor chip and a wiring substrate. The conductor chip includes: a semiconductor substrate having a plurality of light detection parts two-dimensionally arranged; and an insulation layer formed on the surface of the semiconductor substrate. The first bump electrode electrically connects a through electrode and the wiring substrate, and the second bump electrode electrically connects a first semiconductor region of APD and the wiring substrate.
