PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a polyurea film that shows a superior adhesiveness to a base material and a high hardness and strength in a spray treatment using a low viscous coating liquid containing no solvent. SOLUTION: According to the method for forming the polyurea film, a polyisocyanate component A and a second grade amine component B are collided, mixed, and sprayed on the base material for coating. Upon spraying, the viscosity of each component is adjusted to satisfy the following equation (1): 0.2×[B]<SB>sp</SB>≤[A]<SB>sp</SB>≤5.0×[B]<SB>sp</SB>, where the viscosity of the polyisocyanate component A is [A]<SB>sp</SB>(mPa s) and that of the second grade amine component B is [B]<SB>sp</SB>. The polyisocyanate component A is mainly composed of dimers and trimers of 1, 6-hexamethylene diisocyanate. The second grade amine component B is mainly composed of N, N'-alykylene-bis-aspartic acid tetraalykylester and bis-(4-N-alykylaminocyclohexyl)-methane. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
