摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Lithium ion conductor having high ion-conductivity and a whole solid Lithium ion secondary battery having excellent large current-discharge properties. <P>SOLUTION: A Lithium ion conductor comprises a compound oxide with Li, P, O, halogen element X, and element L as constituent elements; and is represented by a composition formula: Li<SB>a</SB>PO<SB>b</SB>X<SB>c</SB>L<SB>d</SB>. The halogen X is at least one member selected from the group consisting of F, Cl, Br, and I, and the element L is at least one member selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Ag, and Au.
