PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve storage capability in the case when a portable audio apparatus and a headphone device are combined. SOLUTION: The device comprises device storage portions 11 and 12 for storing an electronic apparatus 70 which is inserted from an opening arranged at one end 11a side and can perform audio reproduction, a headphone winding portion 50 stored at a predetermined part in the storage portion and capable of winding a headphone code 63, and headphone drivers 61 and 62 for performing audio reproduction and attached at the tip of the headphone code 63 which can be wound at the headphone winder 50.
