摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ocular surface interference spectroscopy (OSI) device, system, and method for using to measure a tear film layer thickness (TFLT) of an ocular tear film including a lipid layer thickness (LLT) and/or aqueous layer thickness (ALT).SOLUTION: An ocular tear film is illuminated by controlling a multiple wavelength light source. Light emitted from the multiple wavelength light source receives light wave interference interaction in a tear film. An image formation device focuses on a lipid layer of the tear film to capture in a first image the light wave interference interaction of the light that is specularly reflected on the tear film and combined with a background signal. In addition, the image formation device focuses on the lipid layer of the tear film to capture a second image including the background signal existing in the first image.
