摘要 An intelligent grinding device for short-pulse electric-smelting chip removing and cooling, comprising a diamond grinding wheel (1), a pulse power supply (10), a dynamometer sensor (4), a thermocouple (3) provided in a small hole of a workpiece, a voltage sensor (12), a current sensor (11), a temperature collection card (6), a charge amplifier (7), a dynamometer (8), a digital oscilloscope (13) and a discharge parameter feedback regulation system (14). A positive electrode of the pulse power supply (10) is connected to the grinding wheel (1), and a negative electrode of the pulse power supply (10) is connected to the workpiece (2). The voltage sensor (12) and the current sensor (11) transmit collected discharge voltage and current waveforms via the digital oscilloscope (13) separately and store the waveforms in a display terminal (9), the discharge parameter feedback regulation system (14) intelligently regulates output voltage and current values of the pulse power supply (10), and the thermocouple (3) is connected to the display terminal (9) via the temperature collection card (6). The device does not need an additional cooling medium, and chips and heat are removed directly in air; by applying a short-pulse voltage in dry grinding, the grinding temperature is lowered, the grinding power is reduced, and the grinding quality is improved; and the device is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
