PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a swelling caused by the adhesion of an ink by covering an elastic adhesive which seals a cover, an inkjet head and its neighborhood with a coating agent while preventing the cover from being separated. SOLUTION: A drive circuit, a wiring pattern and a part of the inkjet head 3 are protected with the cover 7 composed of resin material. Both sides of the cover and back side ends are fixed to a base plate with the adhesive, and the front part is fixed to the side and top face of the inkjet head with the adhesive. At this time, the elastic adhesive 9 is thickly applied so as to seal the whole area where the cover contacts with the base plate and the inkjet head.
