PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To displace a broiler door 42 downward when a broiler pan support frame 45 is drawn out, and to wash the whole broiler door by removing the broiler door together with a broiler pan in a broiler with a guide rail for supporting the broiler pan frame 45 in such a way as movable forward/backward. SOLUTION: The broiler pan support frame 45 is composed of a body frame 452 supported to the guide rail and a movable frame 453. The movable frame 453 is movable relatively to the body frame in the front/rear direction between a prescribed retrieved position and an advanced position, and the broiler door 42 is connected to the front end of the movable frame 453. The body frame has a rear folding part 4522 for holding the broiler pan 44 from above, a support part 4525 for supporting the broiler pan from below in the front of the folding part, and a lower frame part 4524 with which the lower edge of the movable frame slides in contact. A notched part 4535 is located at a position matching the lower frame part at the lower edge of the movable frame at the advanced position.
