PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate position measurement system.SOLUTION: A position measurement system 1 previously creates a decision tree as a prediction method of the position of a moving body 3 on the basis of the position of the moving body 3 and learning data generated by acquiring the reception intensity of the electric wave between the moving body 3 and each retainer 5 or the propagation time of the electric wave. The position measurement system 1 determines the position of the moving body 3 on the basis of the reception intensity of the electric wave transmitted or received between the moving body 3 and each retainer 5 or the propagation time of the electric wave and the determined decision tree.
