PURPOSE: A roaster using charcoal is provided to prevent a target from over-burning due to overheating and to enable the target to be suitably roasted. CONSTITUTION: A roaster using charcoal comprises a body(7), a fire source(6), a grill(5), an exhaust duct(1), a smoke detector(2) and a signal indicating unit(4). The body is installed on the central part of a table(3). The smoke detector is attached to the inner surface of the exhaust duct and consists of a concentration detector and an analyzing/processing device. The concentration detector detects the components of smoke and measures the atmospheric concentration of the smoke components. The signal indicating unit is connected to the smoke detector. |
