PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuously variable transmission device having simple construction. SOLUTION: The device comprises an input shaft 8a for imparting rotating force to a rotor 12 and a supporting means 8b provided on the opposite side to the input shaft of the rotor 12 for rotatably supporting the rotor 12. The rotor 12 is rotatable between the input shaft 8a and the supporting means 8b and it transmits rotating force to an output shaft 6a. A rotating speed changing means 9 changes the direction of the rotating shaft of the rotor 12 relative to the input shaft 8a to change the size of rotating force which is transmitted from the input shaft 8a to the rotor 12 and of rotating force which is transmitted to the output shaft 6a.
