PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring camera capable of simply keeping heat generated in a camera housing at low temperature. SOLUTION: The heat generated in an imaging element or camera power source is circulated by convection in the camera housing. For example, a motor-driven tripod head camera device accumulates the heat generated by the imaging element 101 by heat radiation fins 106 and the accumulated heat is circulated by convection in the camera housing 18 with an air current generated in a fan 111.
