A call service system is provided to enable a service provider to supply a call service such as a taxi for customers efficiently by transmitting traffic information to a service terminal. A call service system comprises a call center(20) and a service terminal(30). The call center searches the nearest service terminal from a client's present position and transmits a call command only to the nearest service terminal. The service terminal continuously transmits location information of the service terminal to the call center and transmits a response message as to whether the call service is available or not to the call center. |
