Disclosed is an electronic device, comprising: a dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS) unit measuring an application processor (AP) use amount, corresponding to at least one running function, and controlling a voltage of the AP and an operation frequency based on the measured AP use amount; and a controlling unit controlling the DVFS unit not to control the AP voltage and the operation frequency, when the at least one function includes a pre-configured function. Accordingly, when the pre-configured function is running, the AP voltage and the operation frequency are not controlled, thereby a reaction speed can be enhanced. |
