PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, system, and program that have reduced power consumption, improved safety in communication, and improved convenience.SOLUTION: A communication device comprises a communication part, a detection part, and a disconnection part. The communication part performs first communication with another communication devices within a first range. The detection part detects predetermined information within a second range different from the first range. The disconnection part disconnects the first communication with the another communication devices performed by the communication part. When the detection part detects the predetermined information, the communication part establishes the first communication with the another communication devices within the second range.
